SkanerApp terms of use

These terms cover the public website, trial and SkanerApp service. An individual order or agreement may specify additional terms and takes precedence if there is a conflict.

1. Account and access

Users provide accurate information, protect their passwords and use accounts according to their assigned roles. The organisation is responsible for removing access from people who should no longer work with its data.

2. Trial and subscription

The trial lasts 30 days unless the offer states otherwise. The payment provider may request a card when a paid plan is started. The selected plan is charged after the trial unless the subscription is cancelled earlier.

3. Payments and cancellation

Payments are handled by an external provider. The subscription owner requests plan changes or cancellation. Access continues to the end of the paid period unless law or an agreement requires a different outcome.

4. Organisation data

The organisation decides which asset data is entered and who may view it. Before ending the service, it should export any required data within the permissions available to it.

5. Acceptable use

Users must not bypass safeguards, disrupt the service, access another party's data or use SkanerApp in breach of law or third-party rights.

6. Availability and support

We work to keep the service stable, but maintenance, failures or external providers may cause interruptions. A guaranteed availability level applies only when included in an individual agreement.

7. Changes to these terms

We will provide appropriate advance notice of material changes that affect an active service, taking their significance and applicable law into account.
