1. Who is responsible for the data
The operator of the SkanerApp service is the controller of data submitted through this website. For personal data matters, email privacy@skanerapp.com. You will receive the contracting party's identification details before placing an order.
2. Data that may be processed
Contact details submitted in a form or message, information needed for account and billing support, equipment information entered by authorised users, and security and service operation logs that are necessary to run the product.
3. Why we use data
To answer enquiries, set up and provide the service, process orders, protect accounts, diagnose failures and meet legal obligations. We only send marketing communication after obtaining any consent required by law.
4. Service providers
Data may be entrusted to hosting, email and payment providers only to the extent needed to deliver the service. Card details are entered on the payment provider's website and are not stored by SkanerApp.
5. Retention
Data is kept for the time needed to handle an enquiry or contract and then for periods required by accounting, tax, security and legal-claims obligations. Data based only on consent is removed after consent is withdrawn unless another legal basis applies.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may also withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
7. Cookies and advertising
The website only stores an essential language-choice cookie. It currently uses neither advertising nor analytics cookies, so no consent banner is displayed. If such tools are added, we will first implement an appropriate consent mechanism and update this notice.
